If you are new to Dramatic Difference Publications, we'd like to take a few moments to introduce ourselves.
Our burden in establishing DDP was to provide quality, affordable plays, programs, and cantatas that were Scripturally sound, would give a clear gospel message, and contain only godly music. We have recently added a Piano Course for Christians, to our resources, which incorporates Biblical and character building truths, graduated hymn arrangements with hymn stories, and a thorough understanding of basic music theory in easy to understand lessons which may be self-taught, if desired. Dramatic Difference Publications was started by Sandi Rebert, a graduate of Bob Jones University , Pastor's wife, and homeschooling mother of three. The plays were originally written for programs presented by the New Hope Baptist Church in Farmington, ME. (Her husband, Brian, is the Pastor.) Sandi teaches piano lessons, and loves to sing, compose music, write, act, and play various instruments. The Lord recently gave her the opportunity to write several articles for The Old Schoolhouse magazine. Sandi has been published, in the past, by Bob Jones University Press (Faith for the Family magazine and a Christian novel, Seventy Times Seven.)
Kimberly Miller is a home-school graduate, wife, homeschooling mom of three, and a gifted writer, actress, vocalist, and instrumentalist. Kim and Sandi worked together to write "Morning Star of Truth." She also wrote the story for "Christmas Memories."
LaVerne Craig joined with us in writing Bible Women of Virtue. LaVerne is also a graduate of Bob Jones University. Besides being a wife and mother, she has worked in the past as a writer, composer, actress, instrumentalist, and vocalist on projects with Majesty Music. (If you're familiar with Patch the Pirate, you've heard LaVerne's voice as "the Widow Magnolia," "Luna Tick," and "Praline Custard," to name a few. :) )
